There is a boat trip to the island and biking on the eight-mile loop on the only state highway in the United States with no vehicular traffic, or explore the interior on foot. Sample the famous Mackinac fudge and admire the horse drawn carriages. Drive over the famous bridge to Mill Creek Discovery Park. View a demonstration of a recreated saw mill from the 1700s take a ride down the zip line or try out the climbing wall. Kayak the Carp River.

From US 31N, turn L onto Mackinaw Hwy, go approximately one mile and the campground will be on the right. Rate is $20/night. E&W available, but depending on the number on the circuit, some may need to dry camp. Dump and vault toilets available.
