Activity Ideas

There are more then 30 miles of trails ranging from easy to strenuous. Visit Bear Gulch reservoir, High Peaks and the Balconies area, explore the caves, rock climbing for those so inclined. Bring a flashlight.

Parking Location

Pinnacles National Park Campground. 5000 Highway 146, Pacines, Ca. 134 sites, 37 electric only sites (30 Amp), tables, grills, water, toilets, showers, dump, pool. NO GENERATORS RV electric sites $45 nite/$22.50 with senior card. Dry Camp $35/nite, $17.50 with senior card. No cell coverage in the camp area, some service on the trails. Note the closest gas station is about 30 miles away.

Directions and Other Information

Located on the East side, of the park off of Hwy 25. DO NOT GO ON THE WEST SIDE – NO RVS. There is no road that goes from the East side to the West side. Reservations strongly recommended 831-389-4485, recreation.gov
