Parking Location

Yucca Valley Elks #2314, 55946 Yucca Trail, Yucca Valley, CA 92284. A parking attendant is recommended and the number of rigs may need to be limited due to available parking at the Elks. Alternative Parking for Joshua Tree BLM North – BEWARE THIS AREA IS SUBJECT TO FLOODING No facilities. Free. 14-day camping. 3.75 mi E of Joshua Tree on SR-62, turn N on Sunfair Rd (dips on this road!), go 2.5 mi to Sunflower, turn East on the dirt road. Stay on Sunflower for 1 mile, past the solar panel field on your right to a single-lane unmarked dirt road, which is Cascade. Turn Left. These dirt roads are rutted & washed out, but ground is solid during dry weather – go carefully & slowly. Good Verizon. Scenic distant city lights & quiet at night. Easy access to town. Directions and Other Information

At Indio, take I-10 West, at Exit 117, take CA-62 toward 29 Palms/Yucca Valley for 20 miles. Turn Left onto Cherokee Trail, then right onto Yucca Trail.
20 full hookup sites for $20 a nite or $120 a week, dry camping $10. We can dry camp in electrical sites once all the dry camping sites are taken BUT we must leave two sites for other Elks. Water and dump free for campers and $5 for others. The Elks currently is open on Tuesdays and Fridays for outside patio dinners. Masks are required.
